Kerstin and McKinsey have big news! They have both adopted a kitten from the Humane Society. Kerstin's kitty is calico-colored with a few tiger stripes. Her name is Kallie and she loves to play! McKinsey's kitty's name is Oreo and she is black and white. She loves to snuggle. The girls are having lots of fun playing with the kitties (and emptying the litter box!)

McKinsey and her sister took part in their school's bike rodeo this afternoon. There were bike inspections, safety quizzes, and obstacle courses to go through. The weather was ok for about 45 minutes, then the rain came.

Being a Model

Last Friday night (March 30th) McKinsey and her sister were models for a Make-A-Wish fashion show. They had a great time. Click here for the video.

McKinsey's 10th Birthday

McKinsey turned 10 over the weekend. She had a slumber party on Friday night. There were presents, and games, and painting of toenails, and eating of ice cream and brownies. Click here for more pictures.

Pierced Ears

For her 10th birthday, McKinsey chose to get her ears pierced. We made a deal with the girls many years ago that they would have to wait until they turned 10 to get them pierced. Click here to see more pictures.

Restarting the Blog
